From January 2010, Queensland Urban Utilities will be billing you for your water and sewerage services. For residential customers, these charges will no longer appear on your Brisbane City Council Rate Account. You will receive a separate Water and Sewerage Account from Queensland Urban Utilities.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in AUD. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Account payments by credit card through the internet or phone will incur a 0.39% surcharge to cover the costs associated with credit card transactions. This fee is calculated on the total amount paid. Please note, only one total amount, including the credit card surcharge, will appear on your credit card statement.

Minimum and maximum amounts payable for any single credit card transaction
The minimum amount payable for any single credit card transaction is $10.00. A transactional limit of $20,000.00 (or $250,000.00 for Sundry Invoices) applies for any single credit card transaction (the 0.39% surcharge is not included in this maximum limit).
