Terms and Conditions

All prices are in AUD. We accept payment by most major credit cards.

The File Number, Invoice Number or BPay reference number identifies for Robbins Watson solicitors ("WE", "US" or "OUR") the client ("CLIENT") and matter in respect of which the payment is being made. Accordingly, please ensure that you accurately enter the reference number.

Processing of a payment via this system does not constitute agreement by US to any payment arrangement outside OUR trading terms, and the sum paid will be applied by US against any funds outstanding from CLIENT, in respect of any indebtedness CLIENT has to US (whether in respect of this matter, or any other), in the order determined exclusively by US.

WE reserve the right to refuse to accept payment via this system in any amount greater than a limit WE choose, and via any payment method WE, in our sole discretion, decide.

Subject to the above, you may pay any amount to US you choose, and any funds paid in excess of the amount presently due to US will be held by US on Trust for CLIENT. If you are paying money on behalf of another person, who is our CLIENT, WE will apply the funds, and hold any additional funds in Trust, for CLIENT, and not for you.

WE do not have control over the BPOINT system. WE do not accept any liability for any failure of any transaction made using this system to complete, at all, or within any given timeframe. WE process receipts for payments made to US via this system on each business day. Any payment made to US via this system will be deemed received by US when WE issue a receipt for that payment, and not before.
