Access & AcceptanceUse of BPOINT is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the stated terms and conditions, including privacy and copyright policies.
These terms may include those imposed by your bank and the BPOINT system itself.
Payment Reference & Processing Time
Once you make a payment, BPOINT provides a payment reference number, but this does not guarantee that the payment has been completed - your financial institution may still decline the transaction.
Payments made before 5:30pm AEST are typically processed same day; payments after 5:30pm are processed the next business day.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for entering all payment details accurately. Incorrect entries may lead to unpaid bills and possible additional fees.
Some providers impose additional requirements, such as maximum payment limits or accepted card types.
Security & Reliability
BPOINT employs SSL/TLS encryption (128-bit or higher) for transaction security. If you are using an older browser, encryption strength may be lower (e.g. 40-bit), and upgrading is recommended.
While providers strive to ensure access, they typically do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and disclaim liability for issues outside their control (e.g. network outages, hardware failures).
Changes, Disputes & Refunds
Organisations may change or discontinue BPOINT terms or features at any time.
Disputes or payment errors
should be directed to the organisation you're dealing with, which may offer a
refund policy. If unresolved, you can escalate to your financial institution.
