Are you registering more than one site for direct debit?
Direct debit requests for multiple sites:
- If you're establishing a direct debit for multiple sites you must complete one direct debit registration form per Reference Number.- Using the reference number on your bill will link the direct debit request to all of your sites that are connected to your one reference number.
- You'll be unable to make a payment for individual sites. For example: You won't be able to make a payment for 5 out of the 7 sites - you'll only be able to make one payment for all of the 7 sites by direct debit.
