CANCELLATIONS
Registration cancellations must be sent in writing by email to QLD_PIMHSYM@health.qld.gov.au
These changed will not be accepted over the phone.
REFUNDS
Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, less a $20.00 handling fee.
Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for registration ticket cancellations received within 13 days of the event: however, a substitute delegate may be nominated within 7 days.
AUDIO/VISUAL CONSENT
We love capturing the special moments from our events! By attending, you consent to be photographed and/or filmed. These images my be used for promotional and documentation purposes. If you prefer not to appear on camera, we kindly ask that you avoid areas where filming or photography is taking place. Thank you for helping us create a memorable experience!
