Please print a copy of the web payment results page to have a record of your transaction including lodgement number.

Brisbane City Council will take all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect and respect your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Your bill or reference number is located on the top right hand corner of the first page of your account. In addition for rates payments the account number is located next to 'account details' on page three of your account.
